Otto Bucher
Otto Bucher (* 1901 in Lucerne ) was a Swiss rower who came second in the four-man team at the 1928 Olympic Games .
Otto Bucher, together with Ernst Haas , Joseph Meyer , Karl Schwegler and Fritz Bösch, had already come first several times in the preliminary rounds, but was pushed into second place by the Italians in the final .
He received his doctorate in law from the University of Zurich in 1925 .
