Otto Hultberg was a Swedish Nordic combined skier .

Hultberg, who started for the Bodens BK club , achieved mostly national success in the course of his career. In 1929 he won his first Swedish championship title in the individual Nordic combined. Four years later in 1933 he was able to win the title again. In 1934 and 1935 he had to admit defeat to Harald Hedjerson before winning his third and final championship title in 1936. At the Swedish Championships in 1937 in Örnsköldsvik , he was only fourth.
