Otto Lowien (life dates unknown) was a German football player .

Lowien, striker of SV Prussia-Samland Königsberg , played in the championships organized by the Baltic Lawn and Winter Sports Association .

Due to the regional championship title, his club was also represented in the final round of the German championship . He made his debut on April 10, 1910 on the Königsberg Walter-Simon-Sportplatz in the 1: 5 defeat in the elimination round against Rixdorf's FC Tasmania 1900 .
