Lowien, striker of SV Prussia-Samland Königsberg , played in the championships organized by the Baltic Lawn and Winter Sports Association .
Due to the regional championship title, his club was also represented in the final round of the German championship . He made his debut on April 10, 1910 on the Königsberg Walter-Simon-Sportplatz in the 1: 5 defeat in the elimination round against Rixdorf's FC Tasmania 1900 .
On April 13, 1913, he played in Berlin at BTuFC Viktoria 89 that he lost 6-1, as well as the quarter-finals that were lost 4-1 on May 3, 1914 at the Walter-Simon-Sportplatz in Königsberg in the final round of the German championship against VfB Leipzig .
