Otto Martin Olsen (born December 13, 1884 in Oslo ; † January 13, 1953 there ) was a Norwegian sports shooter and four-time Olympic champion .

He took part in the Summer Olympics twice and won a total of eight Olympic medals.

In 1920 at the Games in Antwerp he was a three-time Olympic champion. He won over 300 m with the army rifle lying down and with a running deer with a single shot both in the individual competition and with the Norwegian team. With the team he also won two silver medals in the disciplines free rifle over 300 m and army rifle prone over 300 and 600 m .

Four years later at the Summer Olympics in Paris he was again Olympic champion with the Norwegian team in the running deer with a single shot. In this discipline he also won a bronze medal in an individual competition. The Norwegian team also came second in the running stag with a double shot.
