Oude Kerk (Ede)
The Oude Kerk is a Protestant church in the Dutch city of Ede .
history
Around 1200 there was a stone hall church in Ede, which perhaps already had a wooden predecessor. The patron saint of the church was John the Baptist . In the 14th century a new nave and the preserved tower were built. After being destroyed in the war in 1421, the choir was rebuilt in its current form, parts of the church were rebuilt around 1470. After a lightning strike in 1635, the church burned down. The subsequent reconstruction work was accompanied by alterations. From 1963 to 1967 the church was renovated and a north aisle was built.

The organ was built in 1877 by the organ builder Van Dam (Leeuwarden) for a church in Nieuwe Niedorp, and only installed in 1967 in the Oude Kerk in Ede. The instrument has:
