The Parish Church of Our Lady of Graces ( Maltese Knisja Parrokkjali tal-Madonna tal-Grazzji , English Parish Church of the Madonna of Graces ) is a Roman Catholic church building in Żabbar on the Maltese main island of Malta . It stands as a Grade 1 monument under monument protection and is in the National Inventory of the Cultural Property of the Maltese Islands listed under number 2077th The church was built from 1641 by the architect Tomasso Dingli.

Its construction plan follows the usual cross-shaped floor plan with a three-aisled nave at the time of construction . The design of the facade with an expansive portico is unusual . This is formed by a curved row of columns with a right-angled cranked gable , above which are elaborately designed cornices and balustrades . The central part of the facade is broken through by three openings, one in the middle and two on the sides. The side openings are designed as figure niches, the middle opening is a window. Each of the three indentations in the facade ends in a column with a Corinthian capital . Two bell towers with pyramid roofs rise above it. The middle part of the facade bears a cross. The crossing is spanned by a high dome , and the aisles also have smaller domes.

The Żabbar Sanctuary Museum is adjacent to the church .
