Our World (Our World) was the first by satellite worldwide broadcast live television broadcast. It was broadcast on June 25, 1967 under the auspices of the British BBC . A total of 19 countries took part, between 400 and 700 million people from up to 31 countries watched the program.

British television producer Aubrey Singer took up the idea of ​​media theorist Paddy Whannel to show people around the world at work and in their leisure time.

In the broadcast, among others, were Maria Callas and Pablo Picasso on. The British contribution was a live broadcast at Abbey Road Studios , in which the Beatles recorded the song All You Need Is Love, specially composed for the occasion .
