Ozan Capan

Ozan Capan (born April 21, 1995 in Neustadt an der Waldnaab ) is a German athlete and entrepreneur.

Career

He studied at the technical college with a degree as a sports manager

As a professional footballer, he was at VfR Aalen from 2014-2015. However, after a serious injury, he had to end his career.

Entrepreneurship

In 2015, Capan began his entrepreneurial commitment and developed the Samicap training device. With the use in the basic area for training in football, Samicap can be used in building up, increasing performance, but also in individual training. His invention quickly became known internationally and made him Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2015. His product was named Product of the Year 2016. Shortly afterwards, the Samicap GROUP already had over 20 cooperation partners from professional football and Capan became a sponsor in the Allianz Arena. This is the moment for the young start-up to drive internationalization and so the entrepreneur founded his second headquarters in Abu-Dhabi. Ozan Capan took advantage of the popularity and started a fundraising campaign with SOS Children's Villages to support children in need. A short time later, professional footballers became aware of it and pushed the action so that it was a success in the end. At the end of 2017, the entrepreneur founded a marketing agency called Walkout Media and worked with his team on various advertising strategies for companies.
