PA Consulting Group (PA) is an international management consultancy that is represented internationally - mainly in Scandinavia, Europe, the USA and the Gulf States - and employs around 2800 people. Since 2016 the majority of the shares (51%) have been owned by the Carlyle Group.

Founded in England in 1943, the German headquarters are in Frankfurt am Main . Another branch is located in Munich . The company's headquarters are in London . PA Consulting Group can look back on over 70 years of company history, which began in the 1940s.
What is special about PA is the technology center in Melbourne near Cambridge in England, where the company not only develops theoretical concepts for its customers, but also brings them to production maturity. Examples of this are the Ora kitchen towels developed and produced by PA or new solutions for inhalation medicine.
Another special feature of PA was the company's own venture program: ideas and intellectual capital from consulting work have been transferred here since 2000, such as the development of the third generation in mobile communications, namely UbiNetics, or Meridica, a system for administering medication. Both ventures have since been sold. In addition, PA spun off its venture branch, Ipex Capital, in June 2008. However, PA continues to work closely with Ipex Capital for current ventures in the Ipex portfolio.
