PMD 85
The PMD 85-1 is a home computer of the Tesla Combine from Czechoslovakia . The computer was built from 1985 to 1994 and was equipped with a processor from the Tesla MHB8080A series . This was a simple copy of the Intel 8080 CPU (2 MHz, 32 KB RAM).
The construction born of necessity was discontinued after the end of communism.
The PMD 85 was mainly used in schools in the Slovak part of the country, whereas the IQ 151 was mainly used in schools in the Czech part of the country.
compatibility
The Czechoslovak company Didaktik provided u. a. the computers Alfa and Beta , which were compatible with the PMD 85.
