The PPE Group is a Russian mail-order company for clothing . It is the market leader in the entire Russian Federation. The company's headquarters are in Moscow , the second main location is in Tver . The company's CEO is Pascal Clement.

The group was founded in 1996 and in the first year of its existence achieved gross sales of around 96 million euros. The main brand of the PPE Group is "Na Dom". Since 2006 there has been a joint venture with the German mail order company and world market second Otto for the distribution of some ranges of the brands "Otto", " Bonprix " and " Witt International " in the Russian Federation. To this end, a new logistics center is to be built in Tver, north-west of Moscow . The Otto Group has a 70% share in the cooperation, the PPE Group 30%.
