Pakuwon Mall
Pakuwon Mall is the largest shopping mall in Indonesia . It is located in the west of Surabaya and has an area of 200,000 m². The mall opened in November 2003, two years after the opening of Tunjungan Plaza 4, another mall from the same owner. The Pakuwon Mall complex consists of four parts.

The Pakuwon Mall is located in Surabaya in the Jawa Timur Province in Indonesia. The address is Jalan Puncak Indah Lontar No. 2 in the Wiyung district.
history
Construction of the first part of Pakuwon Mall, known as the Supermal Pakuwon Indah (now Pakuwon Mall 1) began in 2001 and construction of the Pakuwon Trade Center (PTC) began in 2002. Construction ended in 2004 with the opening of the PTC and the Supermal Pakuwon Indah . Between 2011 and 2012, the construction of the part of today's namesake Paukwon Mall (now Pakuwon Mall 2) began, which was completed in 2017. The last part, Pakwuon Mall Home Pro (Pakuwon Mall 3) finally opened in February 2020 .
The four buildings
The Pakuwon Mall consists of four buildings, namely Pakuwon Mall 1, Pakuwon Mall 2, Pakuwon Mall 3 and PTC. The Pakuwon Mall 1 part consists of three floors, an underground car park and a roof terrace. Pakuwon Mall 2 consists of 6 floors and three underground garages. The Pakuwon Mall 3 consists of two floors and the PTC of three floors.
shops
The Pakuwon Mall complex is full of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities, from supermarkets and fashion stores to electronics stores to movie theaters and much more. The mall also has an exhibition hall and a convention center that can be rented. In addition to numerous restaurants, there are also several food courts .
Residential complexes
The Pakuwon Mall has four residential complexes: Orchard & Tanglin Tower, Anderson & Benson Tower, La Riz & La Viz Condominium, and Westin & Four Points Hotels. The apartments are located above Pakuwon Mall 2. Orchard & Tanglin Tower opened in 2014, La Riz was completed in 2017 while La Viz is still under construction. The Hotel Four Points opened in December 2019, while the Westin Hotel is slated to open in September 2020. All apartments and hotels are integrated into the mall. The hotel is very popular due to its easy access to the mall. For the same reason, many people buy the apartments.
