history
The residential complex consists of two buildings, Palace Pier (North Tower) and Palace Place (South Tower). The North Tower was completed in 1978 and the facade was designed by Edward I. Richmond . In 1978 it was the tallest building in Toronto for residential use. The South Tower was completed in 1991.

The buildings serve as residential buildings and have a view of the Toronto skyline, Lake Ontario and, on a clear day, up to the Niagara shift level .
