Palazzo Trevisan Pisani a Sant'Angelo , also Palazzo Somachi , is a palace in Venice in the Italian region of Veneto . It is located in the Sestiere San Marco with a view of Campo Sant'Angelo next to the Palazzo Gritti Morosini .
history
The Trevisan family had the palace built in the 17th century, but it quickly fell to the Pisanis . Even today it is in private hands and in good condition.
description
In the middle part, which is made of Istrian limestone , you can find the most valuable parts of the facade: on the ground floor a Venetian window , on the two main floors two triple windows , both with a sweeping railing . The window on the first floor is a round arched window with mascarons in the keystones , the one on the second floor is rectangular and divided into three parts by four pilaster strips .
There is a mezzanine floor under the serrated eaves .
