The men's squash team competition at the 2019 Pan American Games was held from July 28 to 31.
A total of twelve teams, each consisting of three players, initially played against each other in a group stage in round robin mode in four groups of three teams. Then the teams played the winner in the knockout system , with the group winners receiving a bye in the round of 16.
The winner of the last competition was Canada , whose team finished the tournament in third place. In the final, the US and Colombian teams faced each other: Miguel Ángel Rodríguez first gave Colombia a 3-1 win over Todd Harrity before Chris Hanson equalized the game with a 3-0 win over Juan Vargas . The decisive third encounter decided Andrew Douglas with a 3-0 win over Andrés Herrera in favor of the US team.
