Pane sciocco [ˈpaːne ˈʃɔkko] ( Italian for “stupid bread”) is a simple wheat bread baked without salt that is traditionally baked in a round shape ( bozza ) or in an oblong shape ( filone ). Pane Sciocco is often used for bruschetta , called Fettunta in Tuscany .
