The 2002/03 season was the first season of the Pannonian League , a supranational ice hockey league from Southeast Europe. Master was Ferencvárosi TC .

mode

In the main round, each of the five teams played a total of eight games. The two first placed qualified for the championship final. Each team received three points for a win after regular time, two points for a win after overtime, one point for a loss after overtime and zero points for a defeat after regular time.
