Paolo Modugno

Paolo Modugno (born April 8, 1940 in Rome ) is an Italian dubbing and radio director, actor and author.

Life

Modugno was already active as a child; as early as 1945 he could be heard alongside Arnoldo Foà , he played on the stage in a number of plays, and he was booked for radio productions. From 1971 onwards he staged his own pieces on stage. In 1976 he went to RAI and produced numerous radio programs, including Radio anch'io and Il filo d'Arianna . In the 1990s he wrote a 13-part documentary series about a trip through the USA , La lunga ombra dell'arcobaleno ; then he devoted himself increasingly to writing screenplays for television films and, above all, dubbing directing. In 2001 he shot his first movie as a director,Territori d'ombra .

In the following years Modugno also changed his areas of responsibility between radio, theater, film and dubbing studio.
