Parachi is an Iranian language spoken by around 600 to 3500 people of the Parachi ethnic group in eastern Afghanistan, mainly in the Nijrab district, northeast of Kabul .
Parachi is closely related to Ormuri. Parachi is usually classified as a member of the southeastern group of Eastern Iranian languages, but Ethnologue classifies it as one of the northwestern Iranian languages.
