Parbroath Castle

Parbroath Castle is the ruin of a lowland castle near the Parbroath farm in the village Creich in the Scottish county of Fife . The castle was the former seat of the Seton clan .

It is not known who built the castle and when it was built. Their appearance is also unknown. Today only the remains of a vault are left in a field. The ruin was listed as a Category C Historic Building by Historic Scotland in 1984 .
