It is an eaves , two-story, three-axis residential building with a three-sided bay window on the first floor under the tail gable . House entrance in the left axis. Slated mansard roof . Detached plinth, ground floor up to the height of the window in combed ashlar plaster, plastered smoothly above. Door and window openings with plaster frames.
