Parque Cuscatlán
The Parque Cuscatlán is a public park in the city of San Salvador in El Salvador .
The complex was laid out in 1935 and opened in 1939 by the President of El Salvador Maximiliano Hernández Martínez . It is mainly used during the celebrations in the capital. In addition to the Monumento a la Memoria y la Verdad , the park also houses a concert hall and art exhibitions such as the Museo de Escultura Enrique Salaverría , Sala Nacional de Exposiciones and other cultural institutions such as the Museo Tin Mari, which is popular with children . The park is operated and maintained by the Alcaldía de San Salvador (city council).
