Equus Automotive Inc. is an American automaker from Rochester Hills near Detroit in Michigan . The company was registered in the State of Georgia on August 6, 2009 . One office was in Auburn Hills, Michigan between June 20, 2012 and July 15, 2014. It has been making automobiles since 2012 and markets them as Equus .

The manufacturer's logo adorns a rearing horse. The founder and owner of the brand is Bassam Abdallah.

Bass 770

After 6 years of development, Equus Automotive presented the prototype of a muscle car , the Equus Bass 770, in the summer of 2013 , based on the name of the company founder.
