Eagle Manufacturing was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

Barry Goldstein founded the company in San José , California . He began with the development and no later than 1980 with the sale of automobiles. The brand name was Eagle , possibly with the addition of Manufacturing . In 1982 the company moved to Campbell , California. Production ended in 1984. According to the company, around 35 to 40 vehicles a year were built over a period of three years, so a total of over 100 vehicles.

Alpha Design & Engineering took on a vehicle project.

Replicas of Ferrari vehicles were on offer . The Eagle GT was similar to the Ferrari Dino 246 . The chassis came from the Porsche 914 .

The replica of the Ferrari 250 GTO was based on a Datsun Z .
