XTC Motor Car Corp. was founded on August 14, 1987 in Pompano Beach , Florida . Thomas S. Clark was the director. The production of automobiles and kit cars began. The brand name was XTC . After October 13, 1989, nothing is known about this company.

Group XTC Inc. was founded on October 19, 1988 in Fort Lauderdale , Florida. Thomas D. Clark and Thomas S. Clark directed it. Production continued and ended, depending on the source, in 1989 or 1992. After September 26, 1997 nothing is known.
