Knudsen Automotive Inc. was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

Russell A. Knudsen founded the company in 1978 in Omaha , Nebraska . The exact date of establishment is not known. He started with the production of automobiles. The brand name was Knudsen . As of October 16, 1984, there was an office in Iowa . Production ended in 1995.

Rage Exotic Vehicles LLC , which was also founded in Omaha on December 26, 2007, sees itself as something like the successor company.

The first Baroque model was a 1930s style vehicle. As a coupé , it offered space for four people. It was also available as a convertible . A V8 engine with a displacement of 3800 cm³ has been handed down for a single vehicle . This model was discontinued around 1983. A total of eleven vehicles were built, including two convertibles.

Tojan and Carralo followed in 1985 . They were based on the Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird .

In addition, were Chevrolet Suburban tuned .
