Zoe Motors Inc. was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company was founded in 1983 in Los Angeles , California . It belonged to Zoe Products Inc. of the same town. In addition to production, imported vehicles were also revised. The brand name was Zoe . Production ended in 1985 or 1986. The import ran until 1986.

The Zipper was a tricycle with a rear single wheel, originally manufactured by Mitsuoka Jidōsha in Japan . A Honda engine with 49 cm³ displacement and 5 HP power drove the rear wheel. There was a choice between a single- door coupé and an open version without doors. The bodies were made of fiberglass .

The Little Giant with the same engine was a pickup truck .

No model names have survived for the three- and four-wheeled small cars from Ligier imported between 1985 and 1986 .

The Z / 5000 was a Reliant Rialto . The Z / 3000 ST based on it had a wider rear axle and thus flared rear fenders . It was offered as a station wagon, station wagon and panel van. Of these only six vehicles were built.
