Apollo International Corporation was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

prehistory

International Motorcars, based in Oakland , California, began producing automobiles in 1962, marketed as the Apollo . Milt Brown and Ron Plescia were the designers. Costruzione Automobili Intermeccanica from Italy supplied the bodies. In 1964 the company was dissolved.

Company history

The lawyer Stevens continued production from 1964 to 1965 in his company Apollo International Corporation in Pasadena , California. It ended in 1965. A total of around 88 vehicles were built by both manufacturers.

The only model was the Apollo GT . This was a sports car . A V8 engine of Buick powered vehicles.
