The company was based in Duarte , California . In 1985 it manufactured automobiles and kit cars . The brand name was Classic Illusions .

vehicles

The CI 500 K was a replica of the Mercedes-Benz 500 K from the 1930s. The engine was from Ford . The open body was made of plastic .

Another model was based on the Corvette C1 from 1954. A General Motors engine powered the vehicles.
