The company was founded on March 13, 1975 in Athol , Massachusetts . It made automobiles that were marketed as CHW . Production ended in 1977 or 1978. On October 19, 1983, the company was dissolved.

Electric cars were on offer . They were based on vehicles from European manufacturers. CHW 886 and CHW 887 visually corresponded to the DAF 44 and the CHW 952 to the Renault 5 .
