Edwards Car Co. was an American manufacturer of automobiles . There is evidence that the company was previously known as Pegasus Design Corp. traded.
Company history
The company was based in Arlington , Virginia and was led by James B. Edwards. The production of automobiles and kit cars began in 1980 or 1982, depending on the source. The brand name was Ecco . In 1985 the company announced the discontinuation.
vehicles
The only model was a coupe . A chassis from the VW Beetle formed the basis. A closed body made of fiberglass was mounted on top. The doors were similar to double doors . One source writes of terrible proportions .
