Electric Vehicles Associates Inc. , also known as EVA Inc. , was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company was founded on March 14, 1974 in Brook Park , Ohio . Another source names Cleveland , also in Ohio. Between 1978 and 1979 it manufactured automobiles. The brand name was Eva . On February 15, 1985 the company was dissolved.

Electric cars were on offer . The Metro model was based on the Renault 12 . 19 batteries , each with a voltage of 6 volts, supplied the electric motor with voltage. The maximum speed was specified with 88 km / h, and the range with up to 88 km.

Other models were based on the AMC Pacer and its station wagon version. Here the electric motor had an output of 15 kW.
