The company was based in Salt Lake City , Utah . However, there is also a reference to Ogden , Utah. In 1986 the production of automobiles and kit cars began . The brand name was Diasetti . Production ended in 1988.

The only model was the Z-Vette . The vehicle was based on the Nissan Z-car . The closed body was made of fiberglass and resembled the Corvette .
