Miles L. Rubin founded the company in 2009. The headquarters are in Los Angeles , California . The production of automobiles began in 2010. The brand name was Coda . Philip F. Murtaugh heads the company, which is in liquidation . The news magazine Reuters reported bankruptcy back in May 2013 . A total of around 100 vehicles were sold.
