Auburn Speedster Co. Inc. , later 209 Curtis Parkway, Tonawanda Inc. , was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company was founded on January 5, 1971 in Buffalo , New York . In 1973 the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Auburn , possibly with the addition of Replica or Speedsters . Production ended in the same year. The Glassic Motor Car Company took over the vehicle project. On March 31, 1982 the company was dissolved.

The only model was a replica of an Auburn model and was similar to replicas made by the Auburn-Cord-Duesenberg Company . The chassis and drive came from Ford . The V8 engine had a displacement of 5700 cc . The body was made of fiberglass .
