Jomar
Jomar was an American automobile brand built from 1954 to 1959 by Saidel Sports Racing Cars , a division of Merimack Street Garage, Inc. in Manchester, New Hampshire .
Two-seater sports cars were built that looked very similar to the British TVR . There were three versions: Standard , GT and Climax . The first two models had the engine of the Ford Anglia , a side-controlled four-cylinder in-line engine with 1172 cm³ displacement and 36 bhp (26.5 kW) output at 4500 min −1 . The GT's performance was slightly higher. The Climax had an overhead four-cylinder in-line engine from Coventry Climax with 1147 cm³ displacement and 85 bhp (62.5 kW) output at 7000 min −1 .
The retail prices for the Standard were US $ 2995, - for the GT at US $ 3495, - and for the Climax at US $ 4195, -.
