Bolide Motor Car
The bolide Motor Car Corporation was an American automobile manufacturer from 1969 to 1970 or 1971 in Hurlington (New York) was established. The President of the Society was Andrew J. Griffith Jr. who previously headed Griffith Motors .
Two competition models were built:
The Can Am I was a two-seat roadster with a Ford V8 mid-engine that had a displacement of 5752 cc. The wheelbase was 2286 mm, the total length 4394 mm and the weight 738 kg. It was available for US $ 3500 and was intended for use in road races.
There was also the Sports Utility . This was a two-door pick-up with Jeep , V6 engine had a displacement of 3687 cc and a power of 160 hp (118 kW) at 4200 min -1 bot. It was intended for participation in cross-country competitions.
