The company of Tom Story was from 1950 to 1951 in Portland in Oregon resident.

The flat, two-door roadster was assembled from parts of various American mass-produced vehicles. The chassis with 2463 mm wheelbase came from Willys , the steering from Mercury . The front fenders came from Chevrolet from the previous year, the rear from the 1949 Pontiac . Ford contributed the side-controlled V8 engine with 2229 cm³ displacement and 113 bhp (83 kW) output . At the customer's request, units from Mercury, Oldsmobile or Cadillac were also available.

The result weighed 942 kg and cost US $ 3500.
