American Custom & Component Cars was an American manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
The company was based in Boise , Idaho . In 1982, around 1982 or the 1980s, it manufactured automobiles and kit cars . The brand name was American Custom & Component Cars . The production of one model was taken over by Long and Newman Coach Builders , founded in 1983 .
vehicles
One model was the replica of the Jaguar XK 120 . A picture shows the version as a roadster .
The range also included a replica of the De Tomaso Pantera . This model was adopted by Long & Newman. There the vehicle had a tubular frame, a body made of fiberglass and optionally a V6 engine from Chevrolet or a V8 engine from Ford with a displacement of 5700 cc .
