The Sparks D'Elegance Roadster strongly resembled the CLENET Series I . It was about 30 centimeters longer than the Clénet, but apart from that it was similar in design and execution. Like the Clénet, the Sparks used the MG Midget's cabins. It also had a long bonnet with side exhaust pipes; In addition, the Sparks carried two spare wheels on the side, which were embedded in the fenders. The drive technology came from General Motors ; the company used a 5.0 liter eight-cylinder from Chevrolet .

A special model was the Sparks Turbo Phaeton , a D'Elegance extended to 5791 mm with two independent, one behind the other arranged interiors, each with its own windshield. Only the rear area had a folding roof, the cockpit was permanently open. The car used a 6.0-liter eight-cylinder engine with fuel injection from Cadillac , which for export with a Quadrajet was provided -Turboaufladung.

Sparks is said to have made around 90 copies of his roadster. The production numbers of the Turbo Phaeton are unknown.
