Gerard Coach was an American manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
Alan Gerard, who previously ran Omna-Auto , founded the company in Kirkland, Washington state . Between 1977 and 1985 he manufactured automobiles and kit cars . The brand name was Gerard .
vehicles
One model was the Tiger II . This was an open roadster with a low body line and running boards . The drive came either from the Ford Pinto or from General Motors .
The Lion was a replica of the Jaguar XK-SS . The body was made of fiberglass . Various General Motors V6 and V8 engines powered the vehicles. Around six of these vehicles were built.
