The company was based in San Francisco , California . It had no connection with the British British Motor Corporation (BMC). Several automobiles were built in 1952 under the direction of Kjell Qvale, who later became known as an importer . The brand name was BMC

The only model was a two-seater roadster based on the British Singer SM 1500 . He also originated the four cylinder - line engine with 1496 cc capacity and a line of 58 hp (43 kW) at 4600 min -1 . On this chassis was a GRP -Karosserie mounted in pontoon shape. The selling price was US $ 3000.
