Brogan (make of car)

Brogan was an American automobile brand built by the B & B Specialty Company in Rossmoyne , Ohio from 1946 to 1951 .

The first Brogan was built in 1946–1948. It was a tiny, two-seater roadster with three wheels (a single wheel in front) that looked like a bumper car. An air-cooled two-cylinder engine from Onan , which was installed in the front and developed an output of 10 bhp (7.4 kW), was used for the drive . The wheelbase was 1524 mm. The retail price was US $ 600.

In 1948 the Brogan Package Car was added, with which loads could be transported.

In 1949 the first brogan was replaced by the broganette . It offered space for four passengers and had a single rear wheel. The engine remained the same.
