Company history
The company was founded on July 13, 1971 in Chatsworth , California . In 1983 the production of automobiles and kit cars began with the takeover of a vehicle model from Seltzer Motor Industries . The brand name was Toppo . Vehicle production ended in 1985.

The only model Willow was a two-seater sports car as a coupe with a targa roof . A four-cylinder engine from the Ford Escort with a displacement of 1600 cm³ was mounted in a tubular frame . It was placed transversely to the direction of travel behind the mid-engine seats and drove the rear wheels.
