The company was founded on March 11, 1977 in Newport Beach , California . Other sources mention Costa Mesa in California. In 1977 or 1979 the production of automobiles and kit cars began . The brand name was Veep . Production ended in 1979 or 1980. After March 29, 1982 nothing is known anymore.
