Corson Motorcar Company is an American company and a former manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company was founded on October 14, 1986 in Phoenix , Arizona . In 1987 or 1990 the production of automobiles and kit cars began . The brand name was Corson . Vehicle production ended in 1996. The company is not considered dissolved.

vehicles

On offer were two vehicles based on the Pontiac Fiero . The GT was a coupe and resembled the Ferrari 512 BB . The Spyder was the open version. There was a choice of four-cylinder engines with a displacement of 2500 cc and 98 hp , and V6 engines with a displacement of 2800 cc and 135 hp. On the other hand, engines have also been handed down that achieved up to 440 hp with the help of a turbocharger .
