Fierro was an American automobile brand.
Brand history
Joe Fierro or Joseph Fierro developed a vehicle in 1982 and then offered it as a kit car . One source gives Fierro Manufacturing as the company name , others only Joe Fierro. The location was in Diamond Bar , California . The brand name was Fierro . Production ended in 1985 or 2000.
vehicles
The only model was the 600 . A chassis from the VW Beetle formed the basis. A closed plastic body was mounted on top. One source sees a similarity to the Ferrari Dino 246 . The vehicles were usually powered by an air-cooled four - cylinder boxer engine from Volkswagen . The installation of rotary engines from Mazda is also recorded.
