The company was founded on October 8, 1976 in Pompano Beach , Florida . President was Charles R. Northey. The production of automobiles began. The brand name was Grandeur . Production ended around 1983 or 1989.

Two-seater coupes and convertibles were on offer . The basis was its own chassis . The engines came from the Cadillac Seville and Lincoln Versailles . The long bonnet was striking. To the side of it were dummy spare wheels .

Another cabriolet was based on the Toyota Celica .
