Stuart Motors

Stuart Motors was an American automobile manufacturer based in Kalamazoo (Michigan) only in 1961 . Barry Stuart , just 29 years old, was the founder and owner.

The Stuart was a three-door station wagon with two seats and an electric drive . The smooth GRP body is reminiscent of a minivan . The 48 V electric motor was fed from eight 6 V batteries. The range was 65 km.

The 544 kg car cost USD 1,600.
