Charlie Van Natter and Bob Masters founded the company in 1985. The seat was in Pasadena , Texas . Another source gives the neighboring Houston . It was an auto repair shop . In 1986 or 1988 the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Pegasus . Production ended in 1995.
The Pegasus Motorcars brand was protected.

The 2000 followed in 1990 . It had a V8 engine from General Motors with a displacement of 5700 cc and manifold injection . A vehicle of this type has been seen in several films.
